We offer a completely flexible range of solutions as part of our Event Cup Solutions services, each tailored to meet your needs. Our team of specialists will analyse your event and advise you on the most cost effective and environmentally sound solution.
If your event is a one-off or annual event, we suggest that you choose the most environmentally sound solution, which is to rent our range of premium quality, British-made glasses. Each of these glasses carries an environmental message, ensuring your customers know you are doing the right thing. This service includes delivery of both hot & cold reusable cups to your event on a pre-agreed day, collection after your event and return to our state-of-the-art wash facility where they will be washed and sanitised ready for the next event.
If your venue is using reusable hot or cold cups on a more frequent basis, you may wish to customise your cups. If this is the case, we can offer you the opportunity to buy these or rent these from Event Cup Solutions and still receive the logistical solution of delivery, collection, washing & sanitising. We can also provide a storage solution for those short of space.
Many festivals and events recoup the cost of the service through a deposit return scheme where the customer pays a deposit – usually £1 or £2 – for the use of the glass. This is refunded when they bring the glass back to a deposit return point. Assuming that a certain percentage is not returned, this covers the cost of the scheme. We can advise you on how to run your own deposit return scheme or, if required, we can provide a dedicated team to support your event. Either way, we have you covered! The deposit return scheme is also a proven method for reducing unwanted litter which in turn reduces your costs of cleaning.
As part of our complete solution here at ECS, we can also offer cup return bins for your event exit points. The size and layout of your event venue or site will determine the optimum number of return bins, which can be discussed as part of your initial consultation. Your bins can be customised to your venue, act or any specific brand marketing campaign
As an integral part of Event Cup Solutions services, we prepare and deliver the hot & cold reusable cups to your event in our own transport using our own drivers. This gives you the reassurance that we are in control of the whole process. We will deliver the cups in bespoke tote boxes which have been cleaned and sanitised on the day and at the time agreed. After your event, you simply need to put the used cups back into these same tote boxes ready for us to collect.
When the cups arrive back at our nearest location to your event, we will then wash the cups and the boxes, and put the cups into storage for the next customer or event. Any non-returned cups are charged at a pre-agreed set price.
For customers who have purchased bespoke glasses and are short on space, we can offer a storage service at highly competitive rates. This can all be discussed at the consultation stage as part of the Event Cup Solutions services.

Our latest investment of over £250,000 has seen us introduce a machine capable of washing 10,000 glasses per hour which means we have the capability to turn around product quickly for large scale sporting and music events. This, in turn, reduces the number of cups you will need for your event which will ultimately save you money. Our machines are the most energy and water efficient which again strengthens our environmental credentials for your peace of mind.
